      So I’m working on high blood pressure or hypertension. Which is a condition which can cause cardiovascular (heart attacks), cerebrovascular (strokes) and diabetes. So we could really help prevent the development of a good few diseases.

      Some of the novel food products we are developing/studying are designed to target nutritional deficiencies in the elderly like not getting enough protein in the diet, that can lead to muscle wastage (also known as sarcopenia) which is a very common and quite serious problem as we age. I’m planning for my own future and maybe it will help you too!
