I think I’d go with some of my most recent work. Giving my compounds in a drink to some rats and measuring their blood pressure (with a tiny version of what’s used in a doctors office). And showing the blood pressure decreased! Which was awesome!

I did quite a cool experiment many years ago where we ground up femur bones from mountain hares that were taken from an eagles nest (hares had been predated by the eagles) on the Isle of Mull Scotland. We ground them up in liquid nitrogen (that’s always fun!) extracted the DNA, which was low quality but still intact and showed that they were hybrids between Scottish and Irish hares!
